Dr. Manoj Reddy
Dr. Reddy is a graduate of the prestigious 6-year combined program at Pennsylvania State University and the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He completed a dual residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr. Reddy went on to complete 3 additional years of specialized training in a National Institutes of Health sponsored Nephrology fellowship at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston. While at Tufts University, Dr. Reddy also earned a master’s degree in Clinical Care Research. Having grown up in Waldorf, he was excited to return to serve his community and was fortunate enough to join Metropolitan Nephrology Associates in 2004. Dr. Reddy is an expert in the management of hypertension and all aspects of kidney disease. He has a particular interest in home dialysis therapies. Dr. Reddy serves as a director of a local dialysis facility that has received numerous awards and recognition for its high-quality performance. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology and has been recognized as a “Top Doctor” in Virginia Living, Northern Virginia, and Washingtonian Magazines. Dr. Reddy strongly believes that patient education and empowerment are the cornerstones to excellent care.
